Coffee Organic

Let’s raise a cup!

After more than 10 years of roasting coffee, I’ve learned there’s always something to navigate—whether it’s shifting markets, supply issues, or unexpected curveballs (and let’s be honest… we’ve all seen a few of those these past several years… remember not being able to find toilet paper?! 🧻🤣).

This year, it’s been tariffs, inflation, and even a tough harvest out of Brazil that has affected the entire market, but I’m incredibly grateful to share that we were able to secure nearly 2 tons of raw green coffee from ports in New Jersey and Florida. 🙌

Even in a challenging import climate, I remain committed to bringing in specialty-grade coffees, sourced from small farms and co-ops that share our values of quality and integrity. And I’m especially excited that the three origins in these shipments are certified organic. 🌱

Through it all, it is always worth it—because the reward is seeing our community enjoy truly great coffee that’s crafted with care from farm to cup.

Thanks for continuing to support what we do. Let’s raise a mug to perseverance, good partnerships, and great brews ahead. ☕🔥

Spring Storms – Praying for Lincoln

Our prayers are with everyone affected by the storm, especially the folks at Eaton after part of their roof was torn off. We hope everyone is okay.

We’re praying for safety and protection over all those working hard in the aftermath—utilities crews, first responders, and everyone stepping up for our community.

To say thank you in a small way, we’re offering FREE drip coffee, iced tea, and lemonade today (4/2) and tomorrow (4/3) to:

🚧 Lincoln Street & Alleys Department
