What’s the difference between Little Brown Cow Dairy (LBCD) and traditional grocery store milk?
– It comes from 1 family owned SMALL farm, they currently milk about 20 cows.
– Cows have access to pasture 24/7 during the grazing season.
– LBCD milk is Vat Pasteurized, meaning that they GENTLY heat and cool the milk, keeping nutrients and flavor intact vs ultra pasteurized milk.
– LBCD milk is Non-Homogenized, meaning that you need to shake it up before enjoying, this is a natural state for milk!
